Yesterday I went to Lolita meetup at Pollocks Toy Museum in London!
Here's me with one of the dolls! She's lovely isn't she? I want her outfit. My coordinate has a teddy-bear theme to complment the exhibits!
I picked up on the theme by coordinating brown items with fur accents. There are teddies and bisque dolls on my jumperskirt! Also, my hairstyle is inspired by teddy ears.

Jumperskirt, socks- Innocent World
Tippet- Vintage
Everything else- Offbrand
I took a picture without the cardigan at home:
As usual the accessories are simple, but even a little detail can make a big difference to an outift! That's why I'm annoyed with myself when I don't add accessories....
I had such a lovely time yesterday; the museum was charming and so were the lovely Lolitas! I only regret that I couldn't have a long conversation with everyone. I hope I can talk with everybody next time! I want to go to another meetup soon!
Bye for now....
Hi I tried to make a comment on the previous post but looks like didn't work out ^^; so I guess this would be my first comment :3
ReplyDeleteI really like your cords! They are alway simple and elegant and this outfit definitely went well with the Toy Museum! Was the exhibition good? I would love to visit the place if I ever get to visit London:3
Hello! Thanks so much for your comment :D I've had that same problem before, I guess blogger is a bit strange sometimes!
ReplyDeleteThe museum was great, I really recommend it! The best thing was the unique atmosphere.
The museum is actually made out of two houses, one from the 18th century and one from the 19th, if I remember correctly. There are a lot of narrow staircases and uneven floors- a typical charm of old English buildings! The toys are rather crammed in, but lovingly arranged. I hope you'll get a chance to visit it someday!
Thanks again for commenting.
